Gaucho in Robinsons Magnolia

A couple of weeks ago, my good friend Faustine is waiting for the results of her board exams. To take her mind off her worrying and to pretty much just have a great time out, we decided to do a little window shopping and have a nice dinner at Gaucho Cocina Y Vinos Argentinos after.

UBER cool black and white checkered floor!

Our orders:

COMPLIMENTARY WARM BREAD W/ THE SOUP

The bread was pretty dense. We probably just ate 1/4 piece of them.

SOPA DE PAPAS Y AJOS (SHARING) P310

A bowl of potato and garlic soup from the Andes. Faustine and I just found out our love for potato when we were picking out soup to share. The soup was awesome. The garlic was not overpowering and the soup was smooth and creamy.

ENSALADA DE REMOLACHA Y RICOTTA P280

Sweet Pickled Beets, Ricotta Cheese, Arugula and Italian Vinaigrette. A pretty OK salad. The vegetables were fresh and crisp.

BEEF SHORT RIBS / TIRA DE ASADO P410

There was a large chunk of fat but the meat itself was pretty tasty.

CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

We finished 70 percent of the bottle content!

PASTEL DE CHOCOLATE OSCURO P210

Molten Dark Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream. TO DIE FOR!!!

Congratulations Dr. Fauikins!!! <3

Have A Lovely Day!
