King One Rotary Hot Pot at Hobbies of Asia, Pasay City

Hot shabu-shabu dinner on a hot hot night!

Upon entering, you'd get shouted of warm greetings by all the waitstaff.

Eating at King One is like a test.

A server will give you 4 pieces of paper to be filled up. How fast you should answer these will depend if your companions are extremely famished or just moderately hungry. The secret way is to pick your soup broth first because some, like the superior beef stock will take up to 15 minutes to be prepared. Next is to check all the correct seafoods, meatballs, seafood balls, vegetables, sliced meats, etc you all like to eat. I believe this should be next because if you aren't sitting next to the conveyor belt, the waitstaff will take time to gather all your orders. Lastly choose your free side dishes / rice and also choose a drink.

The work is not yet done! The last step is to make your own sauce weapon. Be sure you make the perfect sauce because all the food you'd consume will be dunked here. Choices are: fried garlic, satay, scallions, fresh garlic, and chili. You can even ask for fresh eggs if you want the Japanese-y type of dipping sauce.

Our choices of broth: half Superior Beef Stock and half Satay.

Our drinks: Dalandan Jelly and Green Apple Nata de Coco. These refillable drinks are absolutely fabulous tasting.

We always get a plate of corn and tomatoes to add more flavor to the soup stock. Those are our first batch of orders.

Our 4th.

Those white balls are mozzarella balls. I ate about 20 pieces of those. The reason why I go to King One is because of their TDF mozza balls!

After dinner, they gave us free dessert of pineapple, watermelon, and papaya.

At P650 a pop, eating at King One Rotary Hot Pot is beyond question, worth it!

Have A Lovely Day!
