Toll House at Angeles City

Whenever I'm in the province working, I don't usually go out. It's not because there are no places to go but rather life in the province makes you laid back in a way that you want to be in bed at 8pm. Well, another reason might be I have no friends to go out and have lunch or dinner with here in Angeles City. Anyway, on those rare moments that I do go out, it will be because my mom would ask me to stop working and go out to eat. One of our favorite eateries to go to is the Toll House.

This humble place used to be where my siblings and I loved to have meriendas whenever we stayed in Angeles during our summer breaks. Now that I'm staying in the province for good, I come here at least 3 times a month.

One sunny afternoon, my mom called me up and said to change my clothes because she wants to have dine out.

Our afternoon snacks:

FRESH MANGO SHAKE P45

FRESH DALANDAN SHAKE P45

ARROZCALDO P75

TROPICAL CHICKEN P70

HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH P40

BAKED MACARONI P65

This is the super duper famous Toll House Baked Mac! When we were little, my mom would order like large aluminum trays of this and we would reheat this in Manila for a week long dinner. We would also bring it to school as baon for the entire week. My siblings and I loved and still love this so much!

This may look like a random shot but I asked my mom to take a picture of me texting. ANG ARTE ARTE KO! :D

The food prices stated above are all correct and aren't lacking in zeros. A full meal including dessert and drinks would cost less than P150. I say even if the prices are dirt cheap, Toll House isn't inferior to the high end costing restaurants found in Manila. In fact, I dare say I love to eat here more because I'm getting more than what I pay for.

Have A Lovely Day!

  5. Hey! How much is one tray of Baked Macaroni? Me and my friends decided to eat there and just buy the big one so that it won't cost that high.

    1. Hi there anon! If i am not mistaken, they have different tray sizes for the Baked Macaroni. The largest size which can feed about 10 hungry people costs P850? or P900? It is definitely less than P1000. Kindly let me know if I gave the right answer because the last time we ordered a tray of the pasta was during Christmas time :D
