Grace Park at One Rockwell, Makati

I haven't seen my Xiamen friends for so long. So one Thursday night, everyone got together for dinner. The chosen restaurant was Grace Park. Mariel and I apparently both wanted to try this place and all the other girls just said yes to our suggestion. Sounds perfect for me!

I arrived an hour late (-_-) because of heavy traffic so I told them to just go ahead and order. They were all kind enough to wait for me and just ordered 2 dishes first. One was the Sardine Spread and the other was a pasta dish.

The orders:

SARDINE SPREAD P250

The spread tasted spicy for me but everyone said it was not. But, I find the spread pretty good and there was not any bad fishy taste at all.

BLACK FETTUCELLE, CAPIZ SCALLOPS, SALMON ROE NORI P575

I loved this pasta dish. It had cream and seafood so you cannot go wrong with that. The scallops tasted fresh. I would definitely order this the next time we go back at Grace Park.

MUSCAVADO BEEF BELLY P510

The beef belly was super duper tender. I guess it was tender because there was a good amount of fat in the meat. This dish is perfect with rice!

BABY LAMB LEG W/ ENGLISH MINT SAUCE & ZUCCHINE HAY P725

I ordered this one upon the suggestion of the waitstaff. The baby lamb was tender and didn't have that awful gamey taste to it. Thumbs-up for this!

This actually just tasted like an ordinary good bread pudding. It was alright.

LEMON WALNUT CREAM PIE P240

This was the top food of the night which everyone still raves about! So better order this tarty Lemon Pie the next time you visit Grace Park!
