Antica Trattoria da Ise, Macau

This casual, second-story restaurant, located near the Docks nightlife district, is always crowded. Simply decorated with cast-iron chandeliers, plants, and palm trees, it offers 18 different kinds of pizza in two sizes (the small size is good for two people) and more than 30 pasta dishes, as well as main courses like T-bone steak with garlic and lemon sauce, along with Portuguese and Italian wines to wash it all down. Read from: Frommers.

We went there last Tuesday ( Valentine's Day ) for lunch and it was packed!

Old movie posters as wall decorations.

Entrance

All their chefs, bakers, wait staffs, and manager are Filipinos.

Service bread: Wheat Bread, Parmesan Sticks, Tomato Bread ( the best! )

What we ate:

MOZZARELLA CON POMODORO MOP 115

Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil to start the meal.

PIZZA BREAD WITH GARLIC MOP 12

PROSCIUTTO E MELONE MOP 115

The serving size was 4 huge melon slices plus about 6 or 8 pieces of the Parma ham. Again, I forgot to take a picture of the food before eating. ( food blogger fail )

STEAK WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE MOP 185

Very tender and the sauce was suuuper mushroomy!

TORTELLINI ALLA MEDICI MOP 118

Homemade pasta filled with Parmesan cheese topped with mushroom, cooked ham, and cream. My favorite!

This was my 4th time to dine at Antica Trattoria and we order the same dishes every time. Again, we never missed this restaurant whenever we are in Macau. The service is always great and the food is impeccably good.

Have A Lovely Day!
