We began our second day by having a hearty breakfast at the hotel's buffet area. I was amazed by their breakfast offerings. There were a lot of choices to choose from but I still had my usual eggs and bacon.
VEGEMITE! Awful stuff!!!
After breakfast, we fixed our stuff and checked out. We hired a van to bring us back to the city.
The travel time from Pattaya to Bangkok is about 2 hours but it took us 3.5 hours because of heavy traffic. Our driver stopped at this road side for us to have a bathroom break and get some lunch.
Lots of food stalls and souvenir shops to get pasalubongs.
We checked in at Pathumwan Princess Hotel.
The hotel has direct access to MBK Center or Mahboonkrong.
The hotel's lobby is located at the 2nd floor.
Welcome drink.
After a short nap, my dad went to the convention while my mom and I headed to MBK Center to start shopping!
I find this Thai cosmetics store super cute.
While I was walking around the mall, my mom went to this salon for a Thai haircut.
During dinner time, we had takeouts from The Fifth Food Avenue which is the mall's food court.
My mom and I shared Pad Thai, Pork Satays, Fried Rice and a Ham and Cheese Pizza.

ReplyDeleteUng dahon it tasted exactly like ung TUPIK? or TUPIG? na binebenta sa kayle dito sa Pinas. Parang sticky rice na may coconut lang ung lasa. :D
