Passion at Maxim Tower, Resorts World Manila

Once in a while I would crave for good Chinese food.

Passion Restaurant is always on top of our Chinese Restaurant List!

Whenever we dine here, we would always see a lot of people dining as well. It means people now a days want good Chinese food and they are willing to pay good money for it.

Complimentary peanuts to munch on before the dishes are served. Below them are Chinese sauces you may add to your food.

CRISPY ROASTED PIGEON P388/PC.

They all loved and finished this while I ate all the crackers.

SEA MANTIS LOBSTER

Tasted a cross between shrimp and lobster.

BRAISED SPINACH W/ SEAFOOD SOUP P238

Half of us had this. I just love this bowl of hot Spinach soup which I order every time we dine at Passion. I never even bothered to try other soups on the menu.

DOUBLE BOILED WON TON W/ DRIED SCALLOP SOUP P238

Half had this.

EGGPLANT W/ MINCED MEAT HOTPOT

HOT PRAWN SALAD P715

Another favorite of mine. And so does everyone else!

SCALLOP FRIED RICE P698

COD FISH IN JAPANESE SWEET SOY SAUCE P1088

This was specially ordered just for me since I do not eat poultry. In my opinion, this Cod Fish dish is better than Shang Palace's version. The coating is super thin and it is super crunchy too. The sweet sauce is not sugary sweet but just enough to complement the fish.

Have A Lovely Day!
