Destination: BAGUIO ( Part 01 )

We always start our Baguio Trips with lunch at Matutina's Seafoods. I can't remember a time when we went to Baguio without stopping over at this extremely cheap but absolutely good seafood restaurant.

Destination: ASIA'S WORLD CITY HONG KONG ( Day 3 & 4 )

For our 3rd day, we started it by having brunch at Miso Cool located at K11. It's a modern Japanese fusion restaurant and what actually forced us to try it was the cool interior.

Destination: ASIA'S WORLD CITY HONG KONG ( Day 1 & 2 )

Last November 16 to 19, my sister and I went on a mini vacation trip to Hong Kong. We were bored and wanted to eat good Hong Kong dim sum lol ( I kid ). Anyhoo here's my photo diary of what we did on this trip.

Baguio Country Club

Staying at Baguio Country Club is always such a pleasure for us. The rooms are very cozy, the climate is fabulously cold and the service is quite excellent. The parents decided to have a short 3 day stay here. Yippee for me! This is the lobby by the way. During Christmas time, they sometimes light the fireplace when it gets too cold at night.

Destination: ASIA'S WORLD CITY HONG KONG (Day 05 Canton Deli, Harbour City, Hong Kong Airport, Departure)

For our fifth and final day in Hong Kong, the parents waited for us to have breakfast at Canton Deli located inside Harbour City Mall. We frequently pass by this place whenever we walk towards the mall from our hotel and decided to give it a try because it's always full.

Destination: ASIA'S WORLD CITY HONG KONG (Day 04 Ruby Tuesday, Tai O Market, Harbour City, Cafe de Coral)

On our fourth day, the weather in Hong Kong decided to be kind to us so we went on our planned sightseeing trip to Tai O Market. This place is probably unknown to all of you as I also have never heard of it until my sister Rin told me she wanted to go there. I did spend most to my budget shopping so I guess this sightseeing trip is probably the best idea rather than stay in the city and spend some more. lol. First we had brunch at Ruby Tuesday located in Silvercord Mall. We often eat at Silvercord because it's just a block away from our hotel.

Destination: ASIA'S WORLD CITY HONG KONG (Day 03 Sogo, Time Square, Silvercord Mall, Broadway Circuit Cinema)

On our third day, we all accompanied my mom do her usual shopping at Sogo in Causeway Bay. My parents wake up very early, like 6am early. So by 8, they would go out and have breakfast at nearby dimsum places. Rin and I both haven't had breakfast yet and we thought about IKEA's Swedish Meatballs!

Destination: ASIA's WORLD CITY HONG KONG (Day 02 Central, Hakata Ippudo, Citygate Outlets, Caffe Superiore, Mongkok Night Market)

Our second day started with a nice ramen lunch at Hakata Ippudo located at Century Square Building, Central. It was a gloomy day and we were sure it was going to drizzle. We were suppose to go sightseeing at Tai O Market but cancelled it and decided to just go mall hopping.

Destination: ASIA'S WORLD CITY HONG KONG (Day 01 Arrival, Silvercord Mall, The Prince Hotel, Dimsumbar)

Last July 20 my family and I went on a mini vacation trip to Hong Kong. We stayed there for 5 days doing pretty much nothing other than eating good food, sleeping in a fine hotel bed and shopping whatever it was on sale. We left Manila at 8 in the morning so that means I had to wake up at 4:30 and leave our house at 6. I was in a zombie-like-state of mind.

Daiso Japan Haul

This is the last of my Tokyo Shopping Haul Series. I got all of these Daiso stuff at the uber cute Pink Daiso Store in Shibuya. Although it is called a 100yen store, the actual price of the goods are 110yen or about P44. Not bad right? Saizen / Daiso products here in Manila cost P88 so I've saved a lot.

Destination: YOKOSO! JAPAN (Day 08 Departure)

Hi everyone! I hope everyone of you had a fantastic weekend.. Whatever it is that you are going through remember everyday is a new day. A new day to start again and be better. Finally I'm blogging about our 8th and final day in Tokyo. Our departure flight to Manila was at 9:30 in the morning. It takes about an hour of train ride from Shinjuku to the airport; plus we have to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight so left our hotel at 5:30 in the morning! WAAAHHHH!!!!

Destination: YOKOSO! JAPAN (Day 07 Shibuya, Tokyo Central Station, Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree)

We spent our 6th day in Tokyo shopping so for our 7th and last full day in Japan, I asked my sister that we continue sightseeing because I'm on the verge of being broke. lol. Rin requested that we go to Shibuya Crossing as she is a fan of the movie The Fast and the Furious while I wanted to go see Tokyo Skytree. I have this thing for high places. :D

Destination: YOKOSO! JAPAN (Day 05 Tsukiji Market, Pokemon Center, Akihabara and Sunshine City)

Good morning everyone! After playing at Sanrio Puroland, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea on our first few days in Japan, we are now up to sightseeing of awesome places. On our 5th day, we decided to have breakfast at Tsukiji Market. I've read blogs that if you go there around lunch time, rest assure you will be waiting for a long time to eat at one of those tiny restaurants surrounding the famous market. You can see this beautiful traditional Japanese mural in Tsukiji Station.

Destination: YOKOSO! JAPAN (Day 04 Tokyo DisneySea)

Happy Monday everyone! For our 4th day, we went to Tokyo DisneySea. This time we went there early. Again, we took the train passing 17 stations and 2 train transfers to reach Maihama Station in JR Keiyo Line. Upon reaching Tokyo Disneyland we still had to take another train ride going to Tokyo DisneySea.

Destination: YOKOSO! JAPAN (Day 03 Tokyo Disneyland)

Good morning my dear readers! Sorting more than 2,500 photos is a very tedious mission so pardon me if it took so long to update the next series of my Tokyo Travel adventure. So here we are on our 3rd day in Japan. We decided to go see the two Disney Parks first rather than sight-see other places in Tokyo so as not to crowd with other visitors on the weekend. My parents do not like amusement parks so they decided to just roam around Shinjuku and Ginza's shopping malls. I posted more than 80 pictures here so I hope you guys won't be bored or get tired of scrolling down. lol.

Destination: YOKOSO! JAPAN (Day 02 Sanrio Puroland)

Here's my photo diary of our Tokyo Travel Day 2. We woke up late. Probably around 9:30 so we left the hotel quarter to 11. Today was Sanrio Puroland Day! As I've checked the website of this amusement park prior to our trip, I saw that the place does not have much rides but rather it has a lot of shows. If you love rides and do not appreciate cutesy adorable things then don't go to Puroland anymore. You'd surely get bored. Our hotel is located near Shinjuku Main Station so I guess it was fairly easy for us to travel to all the attractions in Tokyo. So anyway enough of my narration and let's get the show and tell started!

Destination: YOKOSO! JAPAN (Day 01 Arrival)

Good morning everyone! I just came back from our 8 days Tokyo Trip a couple of days ago. We didn't spend 8 days touring but rather just 6. Our flight from Manila to Tokyo was at 2:30 in the afternoon. It was a 4 hour flight and there's +1 hour time difference between the two cities so we arrived at Narita Airport around 7 in the evening. We took the express train ride from the airport to Shinjuku where we will be staying for the next 8 days. Our returning flight back to Manila was at 9:30 in the morning so we basically just had 6 days to eat, shop and do major sight seeing at the Land of Rising Sun, Japan!

Here's my photo diary of the trip starting with our first day in Tokyo.

Destination: AMAZING THAILAND (Day 02)

We began our second day by having a hearty breakfast at the hotel's buffet area. I was amazed by their breakfast offerings. There were a lot of choices to choose from but I still had my usual eggs and bacon.
