Mila's Tokwa't Baboy, Angeles City

On a Thursday evening, we traveled all the way to Mila's Tokwa't Baboy located near MacArthur Highway boundary of San Fernando. The restaurant is situated in a pitch black area where tiny local eateries serve as guiding lights to cars passing by. As you can see, this restaurant ain't nothing fancy! Just a humble small town eatery that serves great authentic Kapampangan favorites.

 Stars who patronize this place.

 Even Imelda Marcos ate here.

We got the following:

 TOKWA'T BABOY P200

PACO SALAD P150

 DINUGUAN P40

 SIZZLING SISIG P100

BOLDEOT / CHICKEN ASS P50

The simple picture menu.

Even though I post a lot of modern cuisine food, my family and I still enjoy no fuss, nothing fancy, plain old fashion Filipino barrio-style dishes. I grew up eating this and now that I'm older I still crave them. Mila's Tokwa't Baboy is an excellent example that great food is not always expensive and is found at the most unexpected places.

Have A Lovely Day!

    1. Yeah but I'm afraid I can't really explain how to go here because I don't know where exactly it is. Anyhoo, I liked the crispy tokwa and sizzling sisig the best. I probably ate 2 cups of rice with them! :D
